The main cashback and payout rules for using Cashbrio.

These terms summarize the core eligibility, validation, payout, referral, and account rules that apply when you use Cashbrio.

Contracting party

Cashbrio operates Cashbrio as an online-first cashback support operation serving shoppers across India. Registered address: Registered business address will be published before paid public promotion. Business registration: Business registration details pending public update. GST registration: GST details pending public update, if applicable.

Age and account eligibility

You must be legally able to use mobile login, UPI payouts, referral rewards, and online shopping services in India. Cashbrio may limit or close accounts that use false identity details, shared payout identifiers for abuse, or automated signups.

Using Cashbrio

Cashbrio provides cashback, coupon, and rewards information for participating merchants. Using the site means you agree to the public rules, merchant-specific exclusions, and payout conditions shown on the platform.

Cashback eligibility

Cashback is only available on eligible orders that are correctly tracked and later confirmed by the merchant or affiliate provider. Returns, cancellations, excluded categories, unsupported coupon use, app-only checkout changes, or broken sessions may reduce or void cashback.

Claims and evidence

Claims should be raised after the normal tracking window shown on the store page. We may ask for your order ID, order amount, order date, merchant name, invoice screenshot, payment proof, or other information needed to investigate a missing cashback case.

Payout rules

Confirmed cashback becomes withdrawable only after validation. The current minimum payout threshold is ₹100, and payouts are currently processed to verified UPI IDs only. Users are responsible for entering the correct UPI ID; wrong or unreachable payout details can delay or fail a transfer.

Reversals after tracking

Tracked, pending, confirmed, or paid cashback may be adjusted if a merchant later reports a return, cancellation, payment failure, invalid lead, duplicate order, unsupported coupon, or other eligibility issue. Cashbrio may offset reversed cashback against future balances when needed.

Referral and abuse policy

You may earn 10% of a friend's confirmed cashback on eligible orders. Referral earnings remain pending until merchant validation and are cancelled when the friend's cashback reverses or is rejected. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, same-UPI abuse, fake orders, manipulated clicks, cancelled orders created to trigger rewards, or other abusive behavior may void cashback, referral rewards, payouts, or account access.

Taxes and account suspension

Users are responsible for any tax reporting that may apply to cashback, referral rewards, or other benefits. Cashbrio may suspend account access, hold payouts, or request additional proof when activity suggests fraud, duplicate accounts, policy abuse, or security risk.

Privacy and data rights

Cashbrio handles account, click, claim, referral, and payout data under the Privacy Policy. Privacy or grievance requests can be sent to the support and grievance contacts listed on this site.

Merchant rate changes and contact

Rates, categories, exclusions, supported coupons, and payout timing can change when merchants or affiliate partners update their programs. The store page shown at the time you click is the best guide, but clicking out from Cashbrio does not guarantee cashback. Final cashback always depends on merchant validation. Disputes

Cashbrio first tries to resolve support and payout questions through account support. Where a legal dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under applicable Indian law and the competent courts or forums for the Cashbrio operator.
