Cashback first appears as clicked or tracked, then moves to pending until the merchant confirms it. Withdrawable balance only includes confirmed cashback that is not already paid out.
When does cashback show up?
A click records immediately. Tracked cashback usually appears within 72 hours, then stays pending until the merchant confirms it.
What is withdrawable cashback?
Withdrawable cashback only includes confirmed cashback that has not already been paid out or queued in a paid request.
What can invalidate cashback?
Returns, cancellations, certain excluded categories, coupon stacking from external sites, or switching devices mid-session can all affect tracking.
What if cashback does not track?
Use the claim flow from the dashboard with your order details, approximate order date, and proof such as an invoice or screenshot.
