This page explains how Cashbrio handles account, tracking, support, and payout data for shoppers using the platform.

Information we collect

Cashbrio may collect account details, sign-in identifiers, store click activity, cashback transaction updates, claim submissions, support messages, referral activity, and payout details needed to process valid withdrawals.

How information is used

We use this information to operate cashback tracking, review claims, process payouts, prevent fraud or referral abuse, answer support requests, and keep transaction history visible in your account.

Tracking, cookies, and affiliate attribution

When you open a store through Cashbrio, cookies and similar browser storage may be used to keep your session active, protect sign-in, and help affiliate partners or merchants attribute the visit so eligible cashback can be validated later.

Payout and claim records

Missing cashback claims may require your order ID, order amount, order date, merchant name, invoice screenshot, or other proof needed to investigate. Payout records may include your saved UPI ID and settlement history so valid withdrawals can be reviewed and processed securely.

Data retention

Account, click, claim, payout, referral, and audit records are kept while your account remains active and may be retained for up to 180 days after closure, or longer when needed for unresolved claims, payout reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
