Your cashback might show as clicked or pending for a while. The merchant needs time to validate the order.

Raise a claim if needed
If it hasn't tracked after a week or two, file a claim from your dashboard with your order details.

Withdraw after confirmation
Once confirmed, the amount goes into your balance and you can withdraw it to your UPI ID.
