Missing cashback

Wait for the normal tracking window first, then file a claim from your dashboard with the order ID, order amount, order date, merchant name, and an invoice or screenshot so support can investigate. Most complete claim submissions are reviewed within 3 business days.

Payout questions

Withdrawals are currently sent only to a verified UPI ID. Keep your UPI details current, and request payout once confirmed cashback reaches ₹100. Payout follow-ups are usually answered during the next active support window.

Referral help and review

Referral rewards unlock after a qualifying purchase. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake orders, or payout abuse may pause rewards or withdrawals. Include the invited account email and order date so support can review faster.

Account and login help

If you cannot access your wallet, payout profile, or claim flow, write in from the same email address you used on Cashbrio so support can verify the request without unnecessary back-and-forth.
