A help page for payout timing, withdrawable balance, and the steps that matter before requesting cashback to UPI.
Confirmed cashback comes before withdrawable cashback
Cashback is not ready for payout the moment an order tracks. It has to move through merchant validation first. Only confirmed cashback becomes part of the withdrawable balance.
If cashback is still pending, it is not yet available for UPI payout.
What to check before requesting UPI payout
Payout requests work best when the UPI ID is current, the balance is confirmed, and there is no mismatch between the payout profile and the wallet owner.
- Confirmed balance available
- Verified UPI ID saved in your profile
- No unresolved claim or payout mismatch
- Minimum payout threshold met
Why payouts can still take time
Even after cashback is confirmed, payout operations can still run in batches, follow review windows, or pause when account details need verification.
That is different from merchant confirmation. One is merchant-side validation, the other is payout processing after the cashback is already approved.
